RW Joinery has, due to its continued investment and a dedicated team, become one of the UK’s leading manufacturers and installers of fully certified timber doorsets. It operates within both the commercial and public markets with certification through the BM TRADA Q-Mark fire doorset scheme.
Offering a complete package tailored to suit a client's specific requirements, RW Joinery will manufacture and install to a wide range of specifications including veneered, laminated or fully paint finished doors with concealed or exposed lippings, X-ray, radiation or HTM 58 doorset rating.
Fully certified doorsets are available with fire ratings from FD30 to FD120 and acoustic doorsets upto 44dB sound reduction.
Our Q-Mark certification allows the client to specify our doorsets with confidence. This is because BM TRADA has checked that RW Joinery consistently manufactures to give a high performance and exacting requirements through approved quality management systems.
Q-Mark fire doors are clearly marked by small plastic plugs in the door leaf and frame, detailing our membership and scope of certification for verification purposes during specification, installation or at a later stage in their service life.
RW Joinery will provide long term site maintenance contracts for all of our doorsets.
Acoustic Doorsets
We manufacture, supply and fit fully certified fire and acoustic doorsets with up to 44dB sound reduction.Our doors have been manufactured for and installed in schools, care homes, health centres, offices and residential apartments, providing a top quality and highly durable products.
