RW Joinery has been undertaking a bespoke joinery & doorset package at the prestigious new Museum of Liverpool. The landmark building, which is situated at Mann Island is due to open to the public in 2011. RW Joinery was appointed by to undertake this specialist work due to the level of technical expertise and ability to manufacture, supply and install fire doorsets that are certified and purpose made. The business was appointed by contractor Galliford Try. Managing director Chris Robinson said: “It has been a real privilege to be involved in this project which stands as an iconic building on Liverpool’s waterfront. This has been one of a number of projects that we have undertaken on Merseyside over the past 12 months.” Notes to editor It also manufactures bespoke joinery including reception counters, wall & ceiling panelling & partitioning, fire & acoustic rated glazed screens, conservation joinery, bespoke one-off items and composite items including veneered, laminated stone, metal and glass. |
