Brace of Development Properties De Trafford and Pochin Construction

We are pleased to announce our re-alliance with Pochin Construction whilst securing a brace of contracts with them for De Trafford Properties.

Cavendish House is designed with luxury interiors that utilise period features and contemporary design, these stunning new builds contain a selection of duplexes, triplexes, a coach house and three or four bedroom-penthouses, all with high ceilings and generously proportioned windows to provide exquisite views over the sought-after area.

Sky Gardens in Manchester, offers a range of new build apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms for families and professionals looking for a luxury city centre living experience.

On the doorstep of the business district, the pioneering project forms phase 2 of their Castlefield Master Scheme. The contemporary apartments with gardens come complete with stunning gallery bedrooms and full-height windows. Creating open, modern interiors, Sky Gardens also offers vast views over the city.

With the inherent high quality design that De Trafford demand we have been instructed to provide and install the unusual.

Cavendish demands smoked oak frameless doorsets with bespoke socked oak contemporary wall panelling, hidden panelled screens, bespoke mirrors bathroom cabinets and smoked Oak furniture.

Our challenge is to provide consistency of veneers and polishing levels throughout the project to ensure this upper quality project meets with the expectations of both client and buyers.

Sky Gardens will utilise a series of 185 nr Birch faced PAS24 doorsets with matching interior apartment doors and wall panelling. Sky Gardens consists of 1300 bespoke doorsets in total.

Pochin are using us for our strengths. Our in house manufacture will ensure that for both projects we will provide consistency of veneers and finish.
